Using the whole chicken soup base
Ginger, freshly grated, 3-4 fingers width
Poached chicken, shredded. I recommend 1/2 chicken.
8 green onion, chopped finely
Heat the soup base and grate the ginger directly into it as you do so, let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add the chicken and heat it through then serve into individual bowls along with the green onion. Free of all nasties, just plain goodness & love.
